Notice To Vacate
Tenants on a Fixed Term Lease:
MUST inform RMW Property Group, in writing, of intention to vacate at least 30 days prior to end of lease. (As per the Residential Tenancy Agreement)
Tenants on Periodical Lease:
MUST inform RMW Property Group, in writing, of intention to vacate at least 21 days prior to vacating. (As per the Residential Tenancy Agreement)
Once we receive your email notice, RMW Property Group will send you a confirmation email.
This email will include how much rent is owed up until move-out-date and instructions on how to ensure you receive your BOND back.
Attached is the Property Vacate Checklist to help you vacate. Please take the time to read through it.
Please note: Vacate of property is not confirmed/completed by RMW Property Group, until Tenants' set of keys are returned to the office.
